The creation of ADHA was executed as a part of decree Number (4) issued by His Highness of State (may god protect him) under the chairmanship of H.H. Sheikh Hazza Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi Executive Council and Chairman of ADHA. The program and its official application are part of the UAE’s leadership’s vision of easing the development of housing programs and attracting private investors to benefit Abu Dhabi’s citizens and deliver exceptional experiences for all their housing needs.
